Australian Chamber of Commerce
The Australian Chamber of Commerce is a business organization providing a
forum and fostering business links between Australian business people with interests
in or who are based in Singapore, Singaporean's and other nationals representing
Australian companies in Singapore and Singaporean's investing in Australia.
Austrian Business Association
The Austrian Business Association (ABA) was founded in 1996 to enhance the
relationship between Austrian business and Singapore/South East Asia/ Far East
business - however also to have a vote within the European Business Association
in Singapore
Belgian - Luxemburg Business
Group (BLBG)
The Belgian - Luxembourg Business Group makes part of the BLAS (Belgian Luxembourg
Association of Singapore). The BLBG concentrates on the business related activities.
British Chamber of Commerce
For over 45 years, the British Chamber of Commerce in Singapore has been a
powerful catalyst for stronger business links between Singapore and Britain.
Canada-Singapore Business Association
The Canada-Singapore Business Association is dedicated to providing a forum
for business people, who share an interest in the expansion of commercial relations
between Canada, Singapore and the region.
Danish Business
Association of Singapore
The Danish Business Association of Singapore (DABS), initiated by the Royal Danish
Embassy and established in the autumn of 1983 by a group of dynamic Danish businessmen,
was officially registered on 27 January 1984.
EuroCham
The European Chamber of Commerce Singapore, known as EuroCham, is the federation
of all the European National Business Groups in Singapore. French Business Association
Established in Singapore in 1979 and Member of the Federation
of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry abroad, the French
Business Association (FBA) now gathers the majority of the French
companies in Singapore together with associate members of the Singaporean
business community.
Irish Business Association
The Irish Business Association was established in 1992.
Italian Chamber of Commerce Singapore
The
original Italian Business Association Singapore
was formed in 1991 as a non profit organization
to bring together Italian companies based in Singapore as well
as Singapore-based companies having business relation with Italy.
It has subsequently changed to its present name (Italian Chamber of Commerce) Singapore in April 2000 and is officialy recognized by the Italian Government from 2003.
New Zealand Singapore Business Council
The New Zealand Singapore Business Council represents business and commercial
interests in Singapore and provides a forum for promoting trade, investment, financial
and industry between New Zealand and Singapore.
Norwegian Business Association
Provides a forum for Norwegian organizations and their executives, Singaporean's
and other nationals who are executives of Norwegian companies. There are approximately
120 Norwegian companies and close to 70 Singapore Agents / Distributors of Norwegian
Products and Services in Singapore. Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry
The Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI)
is one of the most established business chambers in Singapore, and
has the largest membership of 4,000 local ethnic Chinese enterprises.
Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce
The Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SGC)
was established in 2004, as a result of the merger of the Delegate
of German Industry and Commerce and the German Business Association,
in Singapore. It is part of a network of 120 offices of the German
Chambers of Industry and Commerce, in 80 countries.
The SGC, a private, non-profit organisation, has been tasked to
promote bilateral Germany-Singapore trade, advise German and Singaporean
companies on investment and market opportunities in Singapore and
Germany, respectively, and to assist these companies in developing
international business contacts.
Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry
Established first in 1924 as the Indian Merchants Association, the Singapore
Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI) is an independent, non-profit
organization with over 500 members.
Singapore International Chamber of Commerce
Founded in 1837, the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC) is
the oldest commercial organization in Singapore and today counts among its members
business enterprise operated by over 40 nationalities.
Swedish Business Association of Singapore
The Swedish Business Association of Singapore was registered in 1982, under the
auspices of the Embassy of Sweden, and is managed by a Committee consisting of
representatives of organizations in Singapore with a direct or indirect Swedish
interest.
Swiss Business Association
The Swiss Business Association provides a forum on an organized continuing
basis of Swiss executives and other nationals who are executives of Swiss companies,
which can identify and discuss common interests regarding economic, industrial
and commercial objectives.
